Shipping Policy

Seller: K.J Advanced Energies Private Limited (KAEL), F-67, Phase VII, Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

1. Current service area

At present, online orders are accepted for serviceable locations in Ludhiana, Punjab only. An address falling within city limits may still require verification for accessibility or service coverage. Orders outside our supported area may be declined or cancelled with an appropriate refund where payment was taken.

2. Delivery estimates

We will communicate the estimated dispatch or delivery schedule during checkout, order confirmation or a follow-up contact. Delivery depends on product availability, address verification, payment confirmation and logistics scheduling. Any estimate is not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless specifically confirmed in writing.

3. Charges and order confirmation

Applicable delivery charges, if any, should be displayed at checkout or explicitly disclosed before order acceptance. If an order needs a separate installation service, the service scope, charge and schedule will be confirmed separately unless installation is expressly included in the order.

4. Receiving the product

Ensure a responsible adult is available to receive delivery. Please examine the outer package and product promptly for visible transit damage, missing accessories or a mismatch with your order. Retain packaging, invoice and photographs if you need to report a problem. Signing for delivery does not remove any legal right to raise a genuine defect or transit-damage complaint.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, unavailability of a recipient or access restrictions, we will coordinate a revised attempt. Any additional charge, if applicable, will be disclosed for your agreement before it is incurred. If we are unable to fulfil the order, we will offer an appropriate resolution consistent with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Installation and safe handling

Lithium batteries and inverters must be handled and installed safely. Unless expressly sold as an installation-inclusive package, delivery does not automatically include wiring alterations, wall mounting, commissioning or disposal of an old battery. Do not connect a product to incompatible electrical equipment; contact KAEL support for guidance.
